Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the apartment community at Paces Pointe. You will supervise site staff, ensure timely reports, manage recruiting/training, and deliver excellent resident service to retain residents and meet leasing goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and adherence to tax credit experience requirements, with opportunities for career progression and a competitive compensation package, including benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Tax Credit experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
