Job summary

Highmark Residential in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Madelyn Oaks apartment community. You will supervise on-site staff, oversee reporting, and drive high resident retention and leasing performance.

You should bring leadership and team-building skills, strong math abilities at a high school level, and at least two years of apartment management experience; Tax Credit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of apartment management experience
• Tax Credit experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
