Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, ensuring high-quality service to residents and accurate reporting. You will direct on-site staff, recruit and train, and drive leasing performance while maintaining strong resident relations.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering a positive resident experience, with opportunities for career growth and competitive market pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Two years of apartment management experience preferred.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
