Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Nashville to ensure guest satisfaction through proactive maintenance and reliable operations. You will lead maintenance activities, supervise a team, and coordinate with vendors to uphold safety standards and asset performance.

The role requires a High School diploma and basic technical training; candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Strong skills in operating power tools and general equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality service.
• Effective communication and ability to manage workload independently.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Train and support store team; enforce safety and equipment procedures.
• Lead preventive maintenance on building assets and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Identify priorities with store leadership; manage maintenance workload and costs.
