Job summary

Target is hiring for a Property Management Lead in Minneapolis. You will help maintain store assets, work with vendors, and ensure safety and guest experience commitments are met. The role requires adaptability to nights, weekends, and peak shopping times, with strong teamwork and problem-solving.

The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and other building assets, with a focus on cost-effective operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, HVAC or plumbing and/or related hands-on work.
• Proficiency in operating power tools and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent guest experience and uphold Target’s service commitments.
• Assist in maintaining store assets and safety procedures across the PM team.
• Collaborate with store leadership and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Support Emergency response and special projects as needed.
