Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage maintenance work, lead a store team, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities safe and functional. The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and efficient operations.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure preventive maintenance across building assets, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with a flexible schedule to support store hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of technical education or experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC or plumbing preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team members understand and deliver Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations.
• Lead and train store team, supervise work orders, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Oversee preventive maintenance on building assets and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Prioritize tasks, monitor safety procedures, and drive results that support asset care and store operations.
