Job summary

Target is hiring a Property Management Lead to oversee asset care, maintenance and guest experience on-site. You will lead a team, manage vendors, and ensure safety and efficiency across building systems such as plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and 1+ years of technical education. Flexible hours, strong teamwork and problem-solving are valued, with opportunities to grow within Target's PM organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Basic technical skills and experience working with property assets.
• Proficiency with power tools and equipment.
• Strong vendor-management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and stay focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience commitments and operations.
• Observe and provide feedback, holding team accountable while recognizing great moments.
• Review metrics and drive improvements in asset care and maintenance.
• Utilize technology to create, troubleshoot, and complete work orders safely.
