Target is seeking a Property Management Lead to oversee building assets, safety, and vendor performance in our Glen Burnie store. You will lead maintenance programs, coordinate with store teams, and ensure reliable, safe operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, technical education in trades, and strong communication to schedule tasks, manage costs, and train colleagues. It is a fast-paced, physically active role with opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Proficiency with power tools, HVAC and related equipment.
• Strong vendor management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead and train store team; ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
• Manage maintenance work with vendors and track performance against standards.
• Identify priorities, optimize costs and drive timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate workload priorities to leadership and align on execution.
