Job summary

Target Corp is seeking a Property Management Lead in Nashville, TN to oversee maintenance programs and asset care across store facilities. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, vendor coordination, and delivering a consistent guest experience while supporting remodels and project work.

You will lead a team, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with Target guidelines. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule to align with store operating hours; prior maintenance or facilities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing and/or related work.
• Basic technical skills and experience with property assets.
• Proficiency with power tools and HVAC/electrical equipment.
• Strong vendor management, accountability, and quality service delivery.
• Effective communication and ability to use multiple devices and systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building assets and equipment.
• Work with vendors and ensure timely completion of their work.
• Assist with remodels, special projects, and asset care initiatives.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and manage safety hazards.
• Communicate workload priorities to store leadership and align with asset care goals.
• Maintain guest experience standards and support store teams in daily operations.
