Job summary

Target Owensboro Property Management is seeking a dedicated Property Management Lead to oversee day-to-day maintenance and frontline operations. You will ensure guest experience aligns with Target standards, supervise a team, and coordinate with vendors to complete projects efficiently.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) plus 1+ years of technical training in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, or plumbing, and the ability to work safely with maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Basic technical skills with property assets and safe work practices.
• Proficiency with power tools and general maintenance equipment.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Train and supervise team to meet Target's standards.
• Monitor metrics, identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete work safely and on time.
