Job summary

Emerge-Living-LLC is seeking a Director of Property Systems to own RealPage across the portfolio, configure settings, and train staff from leasing consultants to regional managers. You will be the go-to expert for platform administration, troubleshooting, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of RealPage experience in multifamily operations, systems, or training.
• Direct property management operating experience at the community manager or regional level.
• Ability to train adults with varying levels of technical comfort, both live and asynchronously.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfortable with exports, pivots, and reconciliations.
• Clear written communication; writes SOPs and portfolio-wide announcements.
• Patience and service orientation toward internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Configuration for OneSite and RealPage modules.
• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support; publish a knowledge base and standard response times.
• Develop and maintain role-based training curriculum and onboarding programs.
• Onboard new properties; perform data migration, go-live training, and first-month support.
• Audit platform usage; tune settings; identify automation opportunities and pilots.
• Own delinquency workflow; standardize fees, notices, and escalation steps.
• Manage integrations with adjacent systems; ensure data integrity and risk controls.
• Oversee RealPage vendor relationship; renewals, utilization, and invoicing.
• Maintain data integrity, compliance audits, and access controls.
