Job summary

Disrupt is seeking a Director of Property Systems to own and optimize the RealPage platform across our portfolio. You’ll configure modules, manage access, and train site teams to use systems effectively.

You’ll partner with accounting, operations, and HR to ensure data integrity, standardized processes, and timely go-lives for new properties. This role reports to Operations leadership and is based in our Houston headquarters.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of hands-on RealPage experience in multifamily operations, systems, or training capacity.
• Experience building and delivering role-based training curricula.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; ability to translate platform data into actionable insights.
• Ability to document configurations, SOPs, and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system administrator of record for OneSite, Knock CRM, and related RealPage modules.
• Own user provisioning, security roles, and access controls portfolio-wide.
• Develop and deliver on-site and virtual training; maintain do cumented SOPs and training material.
• Onboard new properties with portfolio-standard configuration and data migration support.
• Draft standardized report packages and dashboards for cross-team use.
