Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
2+ years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
Experience with operational or property management data, preferably in multifamily assets.
Strong Excel and data visualization skills for reporting and dashboards.
Experience handling large datasets from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

Analyze occupancy, leasing, collections, maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and resident activity.
Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership.
Monitor key metrics, identify trends and variances, and flag areas needing action.
Track unit turns, vendor performance, and work-order activity.
Collaborate with property, operations, finance, and leadership to validate data from multiple sources.
Identify process gaps and help develop practical improvements.
Maintain datasets, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc reporting.
Translate data into insights to improve occupancy and cost control.
