Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data in RealPage to ensure accurate, up-to-date tenant and property records.
• Prepare reports using RealPage to analyze portfolio performance and reporting to stakeholders.
• Conduct data audits, reconcile issues, and support compliance documentation.
• Serve as subject matter expert for RealPage, train staff, and support system updates.
