Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver exceptional service to residents in a fast-paced environment. You will support leasing, property management, and rehab activities by handling inquiries, coordinating communications, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience in property management administration or customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Adobe;

Qualifications

• High school or GED.
• Proven experience in Property Management administration or customer service
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe - experience using property management software is helpful
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and an ability to handle advanced calls with a calm demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or over the phone in a well-mannered and professional way
• Handle property issues and general property condition assessments (GPCAs) while maintaining a positive resident experience
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails to ensure a seamless move-in experience
• Assist in processing Public Housing Agency applications and communicating with the Housing Authority
• Perform outbound delinquency calls to residents for rent collections and assist with HOA violation handling
• Review and work through all action items on applicable task list
