Invitation Homes in Charlotte, NC seeks a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver high-level resident service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, support property issues, and guide new move-ins with welcome communications.

The role requires prior property management or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Proven experience in Property Management administration or customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; experience with property management software is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and calm, professional demeanor in advanced calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a professional manner.
• Address property issues and perform general property condition assessments.
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails to ensure smooth move-in.
• Assist with Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with Housing Authority.
• Make outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and handle HOA violations.
• Monitor and progress items on applicable task list.
