Invitation Homes LP in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver high-level service to residents in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will assist residents in person or over the phone, handle property issues, and support move-in processes.

The role includes processing Public Housing Agency applications, communicating with the Housing Authority, and making outbound rent-collection calls while addressing HOA violations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management administration or customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; familiarity with property management software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a professional manner.
• Handle property issues and GPCA assessments while maintaining a positive resident experience.
• Complete welcome calls and emails to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Assist in processing Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with Housing Authority.
• Perform outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and address HOA violations.
• Review and work through action items on assigned task lists.
