ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Sunrise Harbor, Florida. The role supports the Property Manager by motivating Leasing Consultants, handling applications, collecting rent, and ensuring leasing goals are met. Strong knowledge of property management software and resident relations is required; weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; further education in business/property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Assist with leasing, show properties, and take tours.
• Resolve resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Support with budgeting, reporting, and billing processes.
• Work with the property team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
