ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multifamily communities in Sunrise Harbor, Florida. You will focus on exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue and profitability, reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, budgets, and staff, while driving occupancy and lease renewals through strong leadership and customer focus. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience as Property Manager in multifamily industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance technicians and administrative staff.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms and maximize resident retention.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders and move-ins.
