Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Dallas, TX is seeking a Property Administrator to join our property management team. The role covers day-to-day operations, accounts payable/receivable, administrative support, and tenant relations for a commercial property.

You will assist the Property Manager with monthly financial reports, vendor contracts, and service scheduling, while delivering first-class service to tenants and ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable accurately with proper backups and coding.
• Review Accounts Receivable and assist with notices.
• Assist Property Manager with monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Support day-to-day operation of assigned portfolio.
• Answer main phone line, greet visitors, and handle deliveries.
• Enter service work orders and maintain certificates of insurance.
• Prepare and facilitate vendor service contracts.
• Schedule building activity and assist tenant events.
