Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Rosemont, IL, seeks a Property Administrator to deliver first-class property management services for a commercial portfolio. You’ll handle AR/AP, office administration, tenant relations, and related tasks, supporting the Property Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – input invoices, code to budget and forward for approval.
• Accounts Receivable – review AR and assist with late/default notices.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports (with PM).
• Assist with day-to-day operation of assigned portfolio.
• Answer main telephone line; greet guests; forward messages and deliveries.
• Enter work order requests; manage vendor/tenant certificates of insurance.
• Prepare and facilitate service contracts for vendor services.
• Schedule move-ins/move-outs; verify insurance; assist tenant events.
