Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Texas is seeking a Property Administrator to support the Property Management team with day-to-day operations of a commercial property. Responsibilities include AP/AR, financial reporting, and office administration.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), proficiency in Excel/Word, and familiarity with Yardi. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
• Attention to detail; mathematical aptitude; strong communication; organized and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – input, verify backup, code invoices per budget and forward for approval.
• Accounts Receivable – review AR and assist with late/default notices.
• Assist Property Manager with monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Assist with day-to-day operation of assigned portfolio.
• Answer main telephone line, greet visitors, deliver messages, forward as needed.
• Receive and enter work orders into the system.
• Maintain Certificates of Insurance for vendors/tenants/clients.
• Prepare and facilitate creation and execution of Service Contracts.
• Assist in planning tenant events with management team.
