Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is hiring a Property Administrator in Austin, TX to support the Property Management team with daily operations for an Industrial portfolio. Responsibilities include financial reporting, vendor management, invoicing, and tenant relations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, basic accounting skills, and strong communication. On-site work with opportunities to grow in Stream’s property management department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
• Attention to Detail.
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream’s property management department.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operation of assigned portfolio.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly financial reports preparation.
• File paperwork; prepare lease termination & write-off forms; create digital vendor files; prepare aging reports monthly.
• Receive and enter work order requests into the system.
• Maintain, track, and input Certificates of Insurance for vendors/tenants/clients.
• Prepare, compile, and facilitate Service Contracts for vendor services.
• Assist in planning tenant events with the management team.
• Maintain trackers for Certificates of Insurance, Service Contracts, and Tenant HVAC agreements.
• Assist with accounts payable—input, backup, and code invoices per budget.
• Assist with accounts receivable—monthly review and prepare late/default notices.
