Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to provide first-class property management services and support a Property Manager across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will help with operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and financial reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with property managers, adherence to policies, and active involvement in budgets, schedules, and lease compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication with tenants and vendors.
Experience with real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar).
Basic accounting knowledge and strong organization.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Assist Property Managers with day-to-day building operations and tenant relations.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure service contracts are met and compliant.
Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages and operating budgets.
Support insurance procurement, electricity procurement, and real estate tax review processes.
Assist in planning tenant events and handling after-hours emergency responses.
