Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
• Attention to Detail.
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream’s property management department.

Responsibilities

• Input, verify, and code invoices for Accounts Payable.
• Perform monthly reviews of Accounts Receivable.
• Assist Property Manager with financial reports.
• Help with the day-to-day operations of the assigned portfolio.
• Answer the main telephone line and greet guests.
• Maintain Certificates of Insurance.
• Schedule building activities and verify insurance.
• Plan and execute tenant events.
