Job summary

Greystar in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Maintenance/Porter to help keep the leasing office, clubhouse, and model units spotless and market-ready. You will clean common areas, assist in make-ready tasks, and report hazards to supervisors while supporting a fast-paced property team.

The role requires a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on site, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms daily.
• Maintains market-ready vacant apartments and show units.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily.
• Ensures all vacant homes and show units stay market-ready.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as directed by management.
• Reports hazards or potentially dangerous conditions to supervisors.
