Job summary

Greystar is seeking a diligent on-site Maintenance/Housekeeping Associate for our Fort Myers community to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal of vacant homes, leasing office, and amenities. The role requires physical activity, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed.
• Ensures market-ready appearance of vacant units and show units throughout the day.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as requested by supervision.
• Reports hazards to supervisors for resident and team safety.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and communicates re-order needs.
