Job summary

Greystar is hiring for a housekeeping/maintenance role to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and amenities at our properties. You will clean the leasing office, clubhouse, model units, and common areas on a daily basis, supporting make-ready tasks as needed to keep units market-ready.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license for golf-cart use and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Performs cleaning of leasing office, clubhouse and common areas to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Cleans leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, and model units daily or as directed.
• Keeps vacant homes and show units fresh and market-ready.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as requested by management.
• Reports hazards or dangerous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when reordering is needed.
