Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a dedicated maintenance associate to keep the leasing office, clubhouse, and model units clean and presentable. You’ll ensure market-ready vacant homes, assist in make-ready tasks, and promptly report hazards to management.

The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by supervisor.
• Keeps vacant homes and show units market-ready and fresh throughout the day.
• Assists in make-ready duties as requested by Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Reports hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when re-order is needed.
