Job summary

Greystar is seeking a detail-oriented onsite cleaner to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartments, leasing offices, clubhouses, and amenities. You will support make-ready tasks and ensure market-ready units.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license for golf cart operation on property. Onsite benefits and a comprehensive program are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; work inside and outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed.
• Ensures vacant homes and show units are freshened to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as requested by management.
• Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisors when reorders are needed.
