Job summary

Greystar in Richmond, Virginia seeks a detail-oriented maintenance/housekeeping associate to ensure the cleanliness and curb appeal of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, clubhouse, and amenities. You will work daily to keep show units ready and assist in the make-ready process under supervision.

The role is full-time, requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, and a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, model(s), amenities and vacant homes daily.
• Keeps vacant homes and show units market-ready throughout the day.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Reports hazards to supervisors to ensure resident and staff safety.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies when re-orders are needed.
