Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part-time maintenance/cleaning associate to ensure the cleanliness and appeal of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and amenities. You will clean the leasing office, clubhouse, model units, and common areas daily, and assist in the make-ready process as directed by the supervisor.

The role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance), with possible travel to assist other properties.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in leasing office, clubhouse, and model homes.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed.
• Keeps vacant homes and show units fresh and market-ready throughout the day.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing duties for the Service Manager or Community/Assistant Manager.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or potentially dangerous situations to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
