Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartments, leasing office, and amenities at a Greystar-managed property in San Antonio, TX. The role supports make-ready processes to ensure market-ready units and common spaces, with duties across leasing offices and model apartments.

Expect a physically active position with some evening/weekend hours, a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation, and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Informs supervisor of any hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when re-order is necessary.
