Responsibilities include daily cleaning, assisting in make-ready tasks, and reporting hazards. The position requires a valid driver’s license to operate on property, ability to lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance), and a flexible schedule including evenings,

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds independently (50 pounds with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Keeps vacant homes and show units market-ready throughout the day.
• Assists in make-ready tasks as requested by supervisors and managers.
• Reports hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisor promptly.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and communicates restock needs.
