Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Housekeeping role in San Antonio, TX. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and amenities to ensure market-ready appeal.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, assisting in make-ready tasks, and reporting hazards. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on-property, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and carry objects.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by supervision.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties as requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Informs supervisor of any hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when re-orders are necessary.
