Job summary

Greystar is hiring for a maintenance/ janitorial role focused on keeping the community clean, well-maintained, and attractive for residents and show units. The position supports the service team, performs routine duties, and helps with make-ready tasks to ensure market-ready apartments.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of offices and common areas, assisting with turnover, and promptly addressing any hazards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clean and maintain the leasing office, clubhouse, and common areas daily.
• Assist in make-ready tasks and ensure market-ready appeal of vacant units.
• Monitor and report hazards, follow OSHA safety policies.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to maintenance questions.

Responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, models, and amenities daily.
• Freshen vacant homes and show units for market readiness.
• Assist in make-ready and turn processes as directed by supervisors.
• Inspect community to remove litter and hazards; maintain neat common areas.
• Perform assigned routine service requests and support make-ready team.
• Escalate hazards to supervisors and interact professionally with residents.
