Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in all weather.
• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms, and vacant model homes daily.
• Ensure show units are market-ready by freshening them throughout the day.
• Assist in the make-ready process as directed by supervisors.
• Inform supervisor of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report reorders.
