Job summary

ConcordRENTS seeks a Maintenance Technician to service and upkeep multifamily communities across Florida. You will perform routine repairs, unit turns, and preventive maintenance while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscape upkeep, and responding promptly to work orders. EPA/CPO certifications may be required within six months. A valid high school diploma and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools. EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II) required within 6 months of hire or via training.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain high resident satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas.
• Complete apartment unit turns with pre-move-out inspections, repairs, painting and cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections, including HVAC checks and smoke detector reviews.
• Maintain community grounds and exterior areas, addressing issues and ensuring cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with maintenance operations, including moving appliances, keys, and timely response to issues.
• Adhere to maintenance processes, tracking service requests in the property management system and closing tasks on time.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends.
