Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an on-site Resident Maintenance Technician to support multiple Florida communities. You will perform routine repairs, paint surfaces, and prepare apartments for new residents while maintaining grounds and common areas.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, English proficiency, and certifications (EPA Universal or Type I/II; CPO may be needed). On-call duties and strong customer service are important.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge necessary for routine repairs.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II) required or to be obtained within 6 months.
• CPO certification may be required to service pools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry as needed.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of community areas.
• Respond to service requests and prepare apartments for move-in or turnover.
• Maintain grounds, assist with pool and irrigation, and handle on-call duties as assigned.
