Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure interiors, exteriors, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will respond to resident requests within 24–48 hours, perform preventive maintenance, and support make-ready processes for new move-ins.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and experience with property management software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi and OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and diagnose the source of defects.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Fix rather than replace parts where possible to reduce costs.
• Track inventory and notify the maintenance supervisor about re-order needs.
• Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Inspect work by contractors/vendors to ensure quality and safety.
