Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property buildings, grounds, and common areas, ensuring safety and functionality. The role includes completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting make-ready processes for vacant units.

Responsibilities include inventory control, coordinating with vendors, and documenting tasks to meet company standards and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal).
• OSHA safety training completed or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license to operate property vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
