Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure physical property standards across buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose and repair defects, perform make-ready tasks for new residents, and manage inventory and vendor coordination on-site.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, routine inspections, and supporting cost-control efforts while working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work orders and preventive maintenance on the property to meet standards.
• Prepares vacant homes for leasing through the make-ready process and punch list creation.
• Obtains materials and coordinates with vendors while tracking inventory and re-orders.
