Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of the properties meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

This role handles work orders, makes-ready prep for vacant units, manages supplies, documents activities, and supports grounds maintenance while staying compliant with safety rules. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Completes maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Makes-ready prep for vacant apartments.
• Manages materials, supplies and inventory for maintenance tasks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes and prepares units for leasing.
• Tracks inventory, sources materials, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assists in grounds maintenance and general cleaning of common areas and amenities.
