Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing defects, completing make-ready inspections for vacant apartments, maintaining grounds and common areas, documenting work orders, and assisting with safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Essential Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing defects in building systems following safety standards.
• Complete make-ready inspections for vacant apartments and prepare them for leasing.
• Maintain inventory of materials and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document all service requests accurately for tracking.
• Perform groundskeeping and general cleaning to uphold property appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs on property equipment and systems.
• Carry out make-ready tasks for vacant units and ensure readiness for move-ins.
• Maintain common areas, inventory, and tools; document work orders and inspections.
• Assist in safety programs and incident reporting; ensure OSHA compliance.
