Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of prior property maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as instructed by management and staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; report issues promptly.
• Assist with scheduling vendors and obtaining bids as needed.
• Prepare and submit invoices in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
