Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our Elkhorn team. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and complete apartment turns while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, maintain strong resident relations, and assist with vendor coordination and budgeting as needed.

Qualifications

• Proof of ability to read, write and understand English.
• Proficiency with computer tracking systems used at the property.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Provide timely, professional service to residents.
• Communicate with supervisors and vendors as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and procurement of parts and bids.
