Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as instructed by management.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Ensure timely, professional handling of work orders.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of buildings.
• Communicate with vendors and assist with bids.
• Prepare invoices per guidelines.
• Attend company training on safety and fair housing.
