Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Humble, TX to support corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will help with make-ready tasks and ensure property safety and curb appeal.

You will respond to work orders, assist the Maintenance Supervisor, and participate in safety programs while maintaining orderly records and following OSHA guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards.
• Ability to perform on-site maintenance tasks and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management work orders for common areas and units.
• Maintain and repair community features and buildings to ensure safety.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and safety logs.
