Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Summit at Geyer Springs Apartments in Little Rock, AR. You will assist in maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, keeping the grounds and common areas in order, and supporting make-ready and safety initiatives. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on community spaces and units.
• Assist with make-ready, pool maintenance, and daily upkeep of exterior areas.
• Maintain safety standards and keep accurate records of service requests and logs.
