Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Roseville, CA. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across the property, under supervision, including make-ready tasks to align with operational goals.

Responsibilities include on-site daily attendance, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, and keeping records. The role emphasizes safety, OSHA guidelines, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and important conditions.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop in a safe environment.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests and make-ready status.
• Report observed violations of community rules to supervisors.
• This is a safety-sensitive position and may require on-call shifts.
